LaDeana Michelle has been keeping busy these days with business deals, Haiti donations and working towards longer-term aid, but here in the states...it has been all about her forthcoming album.  Questions have been pouring in about the album's content.  Besides wanting to know the album's title, one of the most popular questions were, "What songs will be on the album?". More specifically, people wanted to know if any of the songs from her previous releases will be included. The answer to that is...yes. There are specific songs which had to be included, based on demand.

Otherwise, the new album will be just what the title indicates.....new.

There was a rumor circulating that LaDeana Michelle's upcoming album title was, "Love Inside Out". WTH?  We don't even know the title yet, so, yeah, rest and relax on that one. However, what we can confirm is that LaDeana Michelle's official debut album title will be announced in January.  That is anytime between January 1st and the end of that month.

I said ANNOUNCED, not RELEASED. Let's get things right for 2010! Speaking of which...

YES. The retailers are popping up left and right with LaDeana Michelle's new release, "Bringing Love Back" . It was reported on iTunes and CD Baby this week by many of you--thank you for the pulse!  And speaking of pulse.....



.....we are just gon' get this out of the way now.  Our girl's new video is FIRE.  First of all, it is NOT the kind of video directed by Hype Williams or Clint Eastwood or high-profile director (yet), but it is a series of images, footage and music that is meant to appeal to the senses.  Please believe it does its job.  Face it, would you rather have ONE still image like everyone else on YouTube with a bunch of annoying annotations poppin up when introducing a hot, new single, and sit there bored to death while you listen to it?

Or....would you rather have a full video with motion that is sexy as all outdoors?

It's a no-brainer. Thank goodness LaDeana Michelle gave you something to feel. The other videos will come later. Lest, we forget, LaDeana Michelle still has yet to make official debut.

However....this video does not disappoint. There is something in it for the fellas AND the ladies. Eye candy, sensual suggestions--you name it, but it is NOT raunchy.  There is no filth.  BUT YOU GET THE PICTURE. You know what  LaDeana Michelle means by "Long Night".  You end up being reminded what it was like when your first love took you to that expensive hotel suite on the beach, lit the fireplace and candles and dropped down those rose petals right before you were elevated to another level......(or maybe that was just me).

Regardless...you will feel it.

Since LaDeana Michelle also writes extensive storyboards and video treatments, once she and Hype or whomever she decides to use for her worldwide debut MTV and BET videos, the videos will be guaranteed to deliver.  Anyway....

When you listen to the lyrics of "Long Night",  "My Honey", and Just Ask", from "Bringing Love Back", you may initially be tempted to assume that all of LaDeana Michelle's previous positive music that fits her slogan, "Changing Lives One Day At A Time" has gone clean out of the window.

I can guess why.

Romance that arouses the sensual side of things.

Okay. Make no mistake about it. All three songs in question are baby-making songs. Yes.  HOWEVER....you must read through the lyrics carefully. There's no trash, here. No smut. You won't find it.  These songs are for lovers. The focus is to bring love back. If there is a greater focus on love, it indeed changes lives...one day at a time. 

The world will get to know LaDeana Michelle for just who she is.  Real. She explores all types of subjects...from love to starving children over soul-clenching beats. Let's be real, shall we? She's not some innocent angel. She's experienced things.  She wants to share what she understands about life. It is rumored her debut album is DEEP.  Yes, this humanitarian is very human and will also express how she feels when it comes to romantic love.  That's what's up. It is a fool who denies their reality.

Notice I said LOVE...not frivolous sex. The day we learn the difference is the day lives will change.

Okay, everybody is asking about the little mini-movie we have built into the intro to this website.  We will set the record straight right now.  When we say, "The Album" and we have the songs playing, we do not mean her album literally.  None of the songs that you are listening to are from LaDeana Michelle's forthcoming album.

You have heard it here, first.

We don't have any of the tracks from it--she is currently in the studio FINISHING new tracks and putting final touches on what is already finished. She and her closest reps know the title of the album, that info has NOT been disclosed to us just yet.


So everyone...and I do mean EVERYONE has been asking the same thing over and over again.

WHERE HAS LADEANA MICHELLE BEEN and why the $#%& hasn't she "come out" yet??? So we will answer what u are thinking in the same way we've been answering everyone else.....DON'T ASK. Kidding. Seriously...Miss LaDeana Michelle is doing great.  Never better.  She is a businesswoman above all the talent, beauty and brains and has been nothing more than bogged down in her deals.  Negotiations for many different things take time. You know what all she does, right? It's endless. She's got films, books, the album, fashion line and a host of other things in the works!

Besides...she is a fitness girl and is in intense training (as all celebs who need 2 be flawless SHOULD be). More 2 come on that.

She was spotted frequently over the summer in her favorite city of Tiburon.  Word is, she was hashing away on that novel to come. An endless seaview will bring the words down, I am sure. Trust...your girl is RIGHT on schedule. One of these days when u LEAST expect it...she will be in front of u....in a MAJOR way. Never forget that she is unpredictable (in a neat way) strategic and knows what she is doing.  If it's not out yet, it wasn't supposed 2 be! If YOU haven't seen it yet, it wasn't supposed 2 be seen. Digest and just be prepared.

As for us...let's just say LaDeana Michelle has given us one heck of a righteous break during her "disappearance"! It was a GOOD thing!

YES....u are looking at the latest background on LaDeana Michelle's Twitter site.  Our advice is to FOLLOW HER ON TWITTER.  She may not show up everyday (b-cuz of scheduling conflicts) but she DOES show up, posting tweets HERSELF-we do NOT do it for her! Get that out of your minds, people!

So, uh, yeah. Follow her ASAP. Once anything is released, the site will blow and she will no longer have as much time for the personal messages.  I'm just sayin'.

You've probably been seeing this picture circulating and wondered...what the HECK is "SEVEN"?  Well, if you've been to the front pages of this site and www.ladeanamichelle.com you've probably seen it. If you haven't, you'd better get there now:

Plain and simple, this video is HOT.  LaDeana Michelle is totally amazing. Not only are all seven featured songs incredible, but the imagery....OMG.  Ladies will absolutely LOVE the guys that are on display (very few are wearing shirts, at least that I remember, anyway) and the fellas will love seeing MUCH more of LaDeana Michelle this time. OK...besides the "physical" aspects of this video, LaDeana Michelle lets us know that she is concerned with starving children, racism, genocide, hatred, the homeless, relationships and more.  "SEVEN" touches on so many different subjects, you'll want to watch it again---not because you missed something, but because you just want to repeat the feeling of certain moments. I can't tell too much--you'll have to see for yourself---but WHAT A VIDEO!!!! All I can say is....who is that fine guy near the end of her song "Nothing"??? OMG! He is something to behold. Ladies...ALL of the featured guys are FYNE, so try not to drool. Fellas...you are GOING to drool over photos of our girl. It's inevitable.

So, let's talk about the above for a minute.  We told you it was coming....and on Valentine's Day...be sure to download "Inside Love's Window" from www.ladeanamichelle.com or CDBaby.  It will be everywhere....online. Remember...this is an exclusive, digital-only release. You will get two songs...."I Can't" and "More Than Friends"---both songs, of which you ALREADY LOVE and can also hear again on "SEVEN". 

So, here's the skinny. Everyone is asking WHEN IS LADEANA MICHELLE'S ALBUM DROPPING? Sorry for the caps, but it's how I felt. Anyway...the time is nearing. We will announce the official title of the album next month, in February.  No, her album is NOT dropping in February--we are only announcing the title. We know that's how rumors get started, so we wanted to clarify that.

Okay.....many of you have written us, asking why isn't LaDeana Michelle on BlackPlanet.  If you could tell us, your guess would be better than ours.  We can tell you THIS.....every time our folks try to put a site up for her there, BlackPlanet closes the account. You may think that should be a small hump to get over. NOT. There have been over six attempts to get her on there, as well as e-mails to their customer service for help on the matter---no responses.  We don't know if it's being done on purpose or not, but we just moved along. There's no time for that.

As noted on the home page, LaDeana Michelle will soon be gracing Myspace, Facebook, Bebo and more---OFFICIAL sites (not the ones fans are putting up left and right). When one door shuts, many more open......

Last Saturday, LaDeana Michelle’s romantically-charged “More Than Friends” was #6 in the top ten R&B and Urban charts of Soundclick, a music-based social community that reports over 2.5 million songs, 325,000 bands and artists, and 3 million registered members. 

 

On the very next day, Sunday, she was #1.

 

In fact, she continues to remain in the top 25 overall artists, throughout the entire community. The top 25 include artists of all genres of music.

We’re not surprised. One day in the near future, we will be announcing her top ten spots---yes, we said SPOTS because she’s an artist, songwriter, producer, arranger AND composer--in Billboard and other significant charts worldwide. Grammy’s…Image Awards….you name it. It is only a matter of time.  Shall we remind you that LaDeana Michelle is not even officially OUT yet and she’s already reaching #1?

We tried, but to no avail. Yep. We almost pried LaDeana Michelle’s highly-anticipated album title out from the wings of darkness, but folks weren’t havin’ it.  We’ll keep trying and let you know what it is the moment we can siphon it.

 

Speaking of scary…the newly-charged LaDeana Michelle was forced to visit the emergency room after eating real, dairy ice cream. Sound strange? NOT—considering LaDeana Michelle had a food allergy to milk as a child and can’t remember the last time she actually had real ice cream.  An avid vegetarian (and off/on vegan), she thought she would be okay now—especially since she was able to eat her holiday mac n’ cheese (did we tell you her mac n’ cheese is to die for?) with no adverse reactions.  NOT. About 30 minutes after eating a mound of ice cream, LaDeana Michelle’s heart began racing non-stop and she felt a mild chest pain that would not let up. 

 

Not to worry, my friends---she was tested for everything under the sun—even for cardiac problems, but all was in tip top shape. Our girl has the perfect blood pressure of a supreme stallion. It was said that her allergic reaction was quite severe, because her body completely rejected the “foreign” substance.

 

Needless to say, LaDeana Michelle has learned her lesson and has been fine every since. She has been happily enjoying her healthy, vegetarian meals, belly dancing and training in the gym for her upcoming album shoot.  She is also reportedly nurturing several multi-million dollar business and development deals with her partners, several additional motion pictures, a corporate merger and the launch of her foundation-based social programs for underprivileged youth. There’s more, but that is all folks were willing to disclose, so….whateva.

 

We DO know one thing, though. Our girl is also busy at work on a full-length thriller (feature film—due out in 2010 or 2011, we forget). THIS ought to be interesting! Can’t wait!

We hope you already read just how our girl LaDeana Michelle is preparing for 2009 in a MAJOR way. Now...here's the latest.  Apparently, while making a road trip after Christmas, from San Francisco to Los Angeles, LaDeana Michelle's suitcase was the only one to come loose from bondage on top of an SUV...and somebody stopped and picked it up before the group could go back to try and retrieve it. Of course, LaDeana Michelle was not thrilled with losing her clothes and shoes (no extreme valuables, thank goodness) but her reaction was much different than expected. She merely said she hoped someone that truly needed it would end up with her stuff. Despite the theft, she feels that blessings come in strange ways. In fact, just before Christmas, she received a flurry of gifts for her family--all free--because someone felt she deserved them. She only hopes that someone else who didn't have much was able to benefit from her things--and hopefully fit them.  Wow. Much different than most. Most would have been trying to hunt somebody DOWN.

Guess that's what's different about LaDeana Michelle.

Apparently, the time lapse on 12/19 did not affect the world from enjoying LaDeana Michelle's "Believe".  The song--available in preview form only--is garnering RAVE reviews--even on the eve of Christmas--and LaDeana Michelle is pleased.  We have been receiving e-mails from all over the world! We just don't have time to get to them all, because...let's face it...it is Christmas Eve! There is no more drama because of the release delay--LaDeana Michelle just isn't having it.  This is why we love her!

So now you KNOW there HAD to be some drama. Always is. Things were just flowing along a little too well.

As most people who know the multi-talented diva know, Miss LaDeana Michelle is a stickler for time and has been known to be quite the perfectionist. It's a good thing, really.  I said THAT to say that LaDeana Michelle wanted her downloads available at 11:30PM YESTERDAY EVENING, ready for the world today. Poor thing. Needless to say, as most of you know, the downloads are just now appearing everywhere this evening. Yes...they are released on 12/19 as promised, but they were not on time with LaDeana Michelle. Apparently, our icon is NOT HAPPY with what went down while she was away in Santa Barbara for a meeting.  Let's just say...."Party A" did not do what they were supposed to do. Heck--WE just got the downloads & info. here. We can tell you THIS...when it comes to handing out jobs in LaDeana's camp coming up, private Party A probably won't be in that line! Whatevs.  Our girl takes her business and career VERY seriously. Who can blame her?

****Nevertheless....make sure to download "Believe" and "I Can't". YES, "Believe" is free, but you are purchasing I Can't" for $3.99. That song is LaDeana Michelle's early Valentine's Day song. It is VERY romantic and nice. Both of those songs are fabulous. Well worth it!  You can't even buy a sandwich for $3.99, but you get two timeless songs without leaving your house. Quit griping!

***Does the above have something to do with the reason LaDeana Michelle has been M.I.A. lately? OH YES!  She's most definitely up to a host of things, in addition to preparing for Christmas. On her Twitter site, she left the date of 12/12 to reveal the reason she's been quiet.  Sources say when the talented diva gets quiet, miracles are happening.  She may be quiet sometimes, but she's never still.  As for  12/19?  You may as well imprint this into your head NOW: Believing is the courage to let go of your pride.  It's from LaDeana Michelle's new song, "Believe". Let's just keep it right here, shall we? We haven't even GOTTEN to her upcoming album yet.  Apparently, LaDeana Michelle's "Believe" is slated to be an early New Year's gift to all. All of the official details have not been released yet, but we CAN tell you we've heard a snippet of the song. We are speechless.  It is  INCREDIBLE!!!  You haven't heard a female put it down this way. We think it is one of LaDeana Michelle's slickest creations. Then again, we heard snippets of a few of her upcoming album tracks.  She is just amazing.  "Believe" is SUCH a beautiful song.  The world will love this one! Stay tuned....

***LaDeana Michelle is all set for talks in 2009 regarding a Biopic film, of which certain legendary entertainers are portrayed. It is unclear at the moment whether she will actually portray one of the legends, or take on a production/executive role....or both. We will keep you posted as things unfold.


* Okay, now this stuff here, is juicy.  According to our nosy sources, there was a VERY important, VERY private "meeting of the minds", with the rich elite and special advisors of some sort at a mansion in Malibu, CA during Thanksgiving weekend.  LaDeana Michelle was rumored to not only be there, but was there as the topic of discussion.  I wish to heck we knew what the meeting was about (exactly) but if nothing else.....we CAN confirm LaDeana Michelle was indeed in Malibu.  Whether or not she was at that private shindig?  Yet to be confirmed.  We DO know she is actively pursuing business deals outside of her career in the music arena. Told you she was multi-faceted!!! This photo was anonymously submitted to us this past weekend.  It was photographed in Malibu.  Is that a hooded individual taking the shot? Looks like it is...but we don't know.  Who is THAT????? Hmmm....

Which brings us to our NEXT point.  What IS IT about Stanford University that has folks buzzing? Rumor has it that a very handsome Stanford U athlete has a "crush" on the beautiful starlet (what man doesn't right now--sheesh!) and sent her that sweatshirt (in the photo above) along with several other items to wear during her next photographed event. Well.....she IS donning the heck out of it.  Others have said that it is a prior graduate (or was it an employee?) of Stanford that LaDeana Michelle was associated with at some point.  Is it because she's originally FROM the Bay Area? Stanford U is about 50 minutes outside of her hometown, Oakland, CA.  Word is...she''ll be visiting the Bay at some point in December.  Or, will it be Stanford, CA? Oooooh!!! Stay tuned.....

Oh.....and you may have seen THIS sexy blue pix on Twitter. You may even be wondering if it is really LaDeana Michelle on the site, or someone else hammering out random quotes, hilarious comments and sporadic questions.  The answer is....YES....that is REALLY her on the site. Problem is...a few of her advisors want her to quit Twitter. They think the site forces her to "commonize" too much.  Her argument is...many industry artists only talk about what they are releasing, what projects they are working on and yadayadayada. She thinks that is completely BORING.  She deals with that enough and wants 2 just have fun in spurts, discussing a VARIETY of topics--on breaks between her busy schedule. Will she listen?  Her advisors seem confident they will win the battle.  LaDeana Michelle's schedule is about to hit an all-time high. She probably won't even have time to "Twit".  Only time will tell.

10/27: * It is true that today marks the day the great was born! Happy Birthday, LaDeana! Yes, October 27th IS a great day, but it is also a sad one. We hear that our girl is deeply saddened by the tragic news of Jennifer Hudson's nephew, Julian King, who has been found shot to death.  LaDeana Michelle is still not over losing her own father three years ago. She can only imagine how much pain Jen and her family are going through from losing three loved ones at once. God bless the Hudson family! Please keep your prayers going for them all.

* LaDeana Michelle has possibly got her sights set on Sanaa Lathan, Brian J. White, Laz Alonso, Malinda Williams, Taraji P. Henson, Lynn Whitfield, Samuel L. Jackson and a host of other male and female talents for roles in one of her films she's in talks with. They say she's got her mind made up for some. We'll see...

* The second of her films, slated to go into production in 2009, is rumored to be a BLOCKBUSTER hit.  Rumor is....THIS story is one that has never been told before and ought to grab audiences in ways that Oprah would be proud to broadcast. We'll see...

* Miss LaDeana has a birthday coming up on October 27th. Not exactly the run-out-and-club all night type, word is...she IS planning something very special. The rumor is..she's a SKATER. Hmm...will she turn up in Chicago to SKATE the night (or weekend) away? We'll see...

* Word is...your girl was supposed to perform at a show somewhere in Los Angeles in November...that is...until the person handling the show told her camp the person slated to film her had to give over her footage to THEM. WHAT?????? So...needless to say...LaDeana's camp turned the show down. Oh well...we are certain LaDeana Michelle will turn up to perform somewhere else! I can't tell you how we will be there in the front row!!!
